What to expect your first massage:

We suggest you arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out an intake form. We will review your form with you to determine your health and wellness goals. Before your massage, it will be explained to you to remove clothing to your comfort level, your therapist will only uncover the area of your body being worked on. The therapist will leave the room to allow you to disrobe and get comfortable in your tranquil private room. Everything about your session is adjustable, including the music, temperature, lighting, and massage pressure. Communication is key to receiving the treatment you desire. When the massage is complete, your therapist will wait outside your room so you may dress.
