Hair Removal

Before appointment prep: Hair must be a quarter of an inch or 3 weeks of growth, no coffee or alcohol the day of appointment (it cause your pores to tighten, resulting in a more uncomfortable experience), stay out of the sun right before and directly after your appointment, exfoliate the area and put lotion on the day BEFORE your appointment (none the day of). Taking an ibuprofen an hour before your appointment can help with sensitivity. Ideally you want to schedule your appointment 2 weeks after your period. No retinoids, differen or Accutane medications.

Aftercare following your appointment: Wear loose clothing to keep chafing and ingrowns away, exfoliate regularly 3 days after waxing, do not touch the area (it will introduce dirt and bacteria into the open pores).
